In accordance with the Telehealth Law (Law No. 14,510), all our services include a digital certificate, allowing healthcare professionals to treat patients nationwide, with the ability to issue prescriptions, examination requests, referrals, and medical certificates.

Vital Signs Monitor
Remote monitoring solution.
We remotely monitor each of our patients, managing large populations while recognizing that each user is unique. Patients can record and track their vital signs, such as blood glucose and blood pressure, as well as log their latest test results and medications. These values are monitored by healthcare professionals, and the more data is entered, the more personalized the ecosystem becomes.
When a vital sign value is outside the normal range, the Health Guidance team promptly contacts the patient. If needed, the user is referred to a digital urgent care consultation, all without leaving home. In case of an identified emergency, the patient is quickly directed to the nearest in-person urgent care center.
